Be at TWC at 9 for set-up. A refreshment committee member will be there to help.

napkins
paper plates
paper cups (hot)
paper cups (cold)
plastic forks
plastic spoons
bottled water
coffee
If you need something else, like serving plates and utensils, toothpicks or bowls, please bring them.
Suggestions for food - plan on 25 people, give or take
Beverage (choose 1)
juice, punch, lemonade or iced tea
Snacks (choose 2 or 3)
Cheese and crackers, veggies and dip, fruit, dessert, such as donut holes, mini muffins, cookies or bars.
