Suggestions and Information
Be at TWC at 9 for set-up. A refreshment committee member will be there to help.
Please call or email the committee chairman, Suzie Lux, if you have any questions.
My contact information is in the member’s only section of this website.
If you need something else, like serving plates and utensils, toothpicks or bowls, please bring them.
Suggestions for Refreshments for TWCNPC monthly meetings.
We try to keep it simple and inexpensive – pick only two to three food snacks and one drink.
At least one healthy snack and one dessert is preferable. This list is only a baseline, feel free to be a little more creative, but please don’t feel you have to be elaborate!
Water, coffee, cups, plates, plastic-ware, tablecloth, and napkins are provided by TWCNPC.
We usually have 30-40 people in attendance, so please provide enough for that number.
