NPC Photos Walks and Field Trips

Please Note: The Hosta House has asked us to provide the number of members who will be attending no later than July 16th. Please contact Denise Bacher before July 16th at: [email protected] to let her know if you would like to attend.
They have also asked for a donation to go to the Stark County Master Gardeners Assoc.
They will be providing lemonade and a cookie snack.
For members who would like to attend, but have mobility issues, we may be able to provide a tractor ride out to the fields. Let Denise know if you would like this service when you make your reservation.

Field Trip Notes: Please check back often as this schedule and up to date information is flexible due to weather changes and field conditions. You will notice that most of the trips do not list a NPC Leader. We do need a leader for each field trip, but because of vacation schedules and other circumstances this person is not listed because we really don't know who it will be. If you will be available to lead a field trip please let me know. We would like to get a lot of members involved in the club activities, so please consider serving as a field trip leader. See below for leader duties.

Suggested Leader Duties:
- Decide what time to meet.
- Decide where to meet and car pool if needed.
- Know how to get to destination.
- Decide the time of arrival.
- Is there an entrance fee or parking fee.
- Has there been arrangements with the site being visited?
- Confirm with site a few days before actual visit .
- Maybe find a good place to meet and have breakfast/lunch before/after the shoot.
- Get all information back to webmaster so it can be uploaded for all to see
