Members are encouraged to bring in photos that won contest or awards, vacation photos, field trip photos, etc. Please limit you presentation to approximately 5 to 8 minutes. Have your presentation/photos in a folder titled with your name and stored on a flash drive. Please present those to the projectionist when you come so they can be downloaded to the club computer.
Note! If you are bringing your presentation in video format it would be best to have it as one of the following formats: AVI, AVR, DV, M-JPEG, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4, AAC, OpenDML, 3GPP, 3GPP2, AMC, H.264, iTunes (.m4v), QuickTime (.mov, .qt)
We also have a video converter on the MAC that does a great job (in case yours isn’t in the above format) but just beware.

About John Lorson: John writes a weekly humor column, "Send Help!" for the Wooster Daily Record. He is also an avid photographer who often sees things from a unique perspective. Many of his photos are captured on his commute from his home in Orrville to his job in Millersburg, a ride that most often involves his bicycle. About John Bauer:: John was born in Canton , Ohio. He grew up in California, Venezuela, Luxembourg and France. He graduated from Case Institute of Technology, BSME, and Akron University, MBA. John is President of Merging Hearts Board of Directors, and a retired Goodyear engineer. He had job assignments in Ohio, Maryland, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and Australia. John received his first camera, a Voigtlander 35 mm, at age 15. Currently he takes photographs with a Canon 7d II DSLR. He uses 24-70 mm f2.8, 10-18mm f4.5-5.6 and a 70-200mm f4 lenses. Lightroom 6 and Photoshop Elements 13 are his post precessing programs of choice.

About Sandy: Sandy is a long-time TWC Nature Photo Club member and award winning photographer who spends parts of each year in upstate New York, Ohio, and Florida. She creates breathtaking nature photos in all three states, including beautiful sunsets over the St. Lawrence River in New York, wonderful "backyard" photos in Ohio, and gorgeous bird photos from Florida.
Her Presentation is titled "There's No Place Like Home-Backyard Photography: Convenient, and Only a Click Away!" The presentation will feature photos from New York, Ohio, and Florida. She will concentrate on composition, color, and how to effectively capture images for an emotional effect.

Holiday Party will be held at the Amish Door Restaurant in Wilmot on Saturday, December 19.
When you arrive just tell the hostess that you want to be seated with the TWC Nature Photo Club.
Time: You may want to arrive between 9:00 - 9:15 a.m. to get seated and order your breakfast. We will begin our program at approximately 10:15 a.m.
Breakfast: Because of the size of our group, the Amish Door Management asked that we only order the breakfast buffet.
